Fortigate cihazımızın password’ ünü unuttuk ve cihazımıza erişemiyoruz. Cihazımızın password’ ünü değiştirmemizin bir yolu var mı?
BİLGİ:
Fortigate cihazınıza erişim için gerekli şifreyi bilmiyorsanız password’ünü resetlemenin bir yolu vardır. Bunun için öncelikle cihaza üzerindeki console portu yani seri kablo ile fiziksel bağlantı yapmamız gereklidir.
TALİMATLAR:
- Fortigate cihazımızın console portuna taktığımız seri kabloyu bilgisayarımıza bağlıyoruz.
- Terminal programımızı çalıştırıyoruz (putty, secureCRT, vs.)
- Terminalimize alttaki parametreleri yazıp Fortigate’e bağlanıyoruz.
- Baud rate: 9600
- Data bits: 8 bit
- Stop bits: 1 bit
- Parity: None
4. Firewall’ a girdikten sonra, yeniden başlatmanız gerekmektedir.
5. Yeniden başlatma işlemi bittikten sonra login ekranı gelecektir ve login ekranı gelir gelmez aşağıdaki şekilde login olmanız gerekmektedir.
login: maintainer
Password: bcpb + <Firewall Serial Number >
6.Firewall’ a giriş yaptıktan sonra, cihazınıza yeni şifreyi girebilirsiniz.
a. Vdom olmayan cihazlarda;
>config system admin
>edit admin
>set password <Yeni-PASSWORD>
>end
b. Vdom olan cihazlarda;
>config global
>config system admin
>edit admin
>set password <Yeni-PASSWORD>
>end
NOT:Bu işlem maintainer özelliği aktif edilmiş ise kullanılabilir, default’ da aktif olarak gelir. Fakat kapalı ise bu özelliği kullanamayacaksınızdır.
